Single or Double Purchase?

A rope or cable passing from a lifting device over a block or series of block to a single load is single purchase. If the load is tied off at the previous block, you have a double purchase system.

Wire guide means wires placed to control the location and travel of arbors, clews and curtains. T-Guide means T-shaped members placed in parallel rows to guide arbors or clews.  J-Guide means J-shaped aluminum members fixed in parallel rows for the purpose of guiding arbors or clews
